Picked up and delivered my vehicle as promised, but increased price $300 from previously agreed to contract. Was informed of price increase on scheduled pickup date so I had no option but to accept new price. Very happy with driver, friendly and communicative, but did not appreciate the bait and switch.

Would not recommend based on the initial booking call. Asked if they could match a competitors price. Assuming this was my first time shipping across country. Kyle Krulder was Very rude and condescending. " Then I won't waste my time trying to explain things to you, good luck." Then he hung up on me. Next call is to the ADA, as I'm disabled. Take your business elsewhere unless you like dealing with this type of customer service!

I honestly was hesitant to use this service but glad I did. ATL to SD. It was priced reasonably and the driver who took the bid only charged $100 more. Driver was very communicable, friendly, and professional. Car was not damaged or scratched. Highly recommended.

I was amazed how easy and how seamless the entire process was. I broke down in Colorado, and I had to have my vehicle shipped back to Florida. I had to make a lot of fast decisions, and Roadrunner made the entire process so much easier. Thank you!

We understand that you claim status is incomplete and because we require proper documentation from you, we are currently unable to proceed until this has been provided. Additionally, our drivers do not control the weather or ground conditions where they park and if you wished for your vehicle to arrive completely clean, we do offer the option to ship in an enclosed trailer as most highly valued or brand new vehicles such as yours typically are.

I have used this company on two different moves. First move was fine. Second move was not. Our brand new Range Rover Sport was delivered damaged and appeared to be moved from the trailer to a gravel and mud pit. SUV tires and driver area covered in mud - not dirt or dust but MUD. Tires had mud and rocks embedded in treads. Front driver area had mud caked into carpeting, foot pedals etc. Our SUV was scratched in every wheel fender - rear passenger side being the worst of them. Plus, one of the drivers left the key on the center console cover and that caused major damage. The SUV was literally brand new. Cars were delivered late. Now, RoadRunner is dragging feet on honoring the insurance claim to repair the paint and refuses to cover interior damage. Do not use this company. UPDATE: 6/9/22 - Note in the companys response - they do not address the damage to my vehicle. Our Audi was delivered dirty - thats fine. We washed it (and had to have the alignment fixed bc it was a mess when we received it). This is not an issue about a dirty car. Road Runner damaged our SUV. They take ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for damages as shown in photos. It will cost over $2k to fix scratches to paint and interior console. I purchased insurance just in case and now dragging their feet and keep asking for documents which have been provided twice. No communication from them for 10 days.
