They're pretty slow for delivering packages. As for the store, they have some nice stuff but it's largely overpriced.

Staff is kind and quick. Smiles and good natured people. My favorite place to stop and say hello in Seattle!! This is what Queen Anne is all about. Walk into Undies and Outies and you're home. Great selection of fashion, treats and cute little numbers. This is a must stop in your Seattle travels.

This used to be my favorite quick retail threapy on QA hill. As a busy single mom, I loved scoring great deals in their clearance section. That is until I had my one and only shopping while black experince here.... I had popped after grabbing a coffee from starbucks across the street, I was ignored by the asissitant as I made my usual bee-line towards the clearance rack, picked a couple of items to try on, while she was being very attentive towards another customer in the fitting room no words were exchanged with me so when I needed another size I simply went back to the rack to get it. When I returned to my room I was shocked to find my beverage spilled all over my clothes! For a few minutes I actually thought I had done it myself without noticing until I realized that some of my other items had been moved. I looked around for the assistant but she was suddenly nowhere to be found ...I finally spotted her across the store where she was obviously trying to avoid making eye contact with me. She didnt even try to clean up! Hust set my cup beside my clothes and tried to pretend nothing happened!!! So aftee cleaning myself up, I spoke to the manager who apologized, offeing a lame excuse that the girl was new and hadnt been trained properly....offered me a discount on the jeans that I was forced to buy to leave in and to replace my beverage but didnt have the employee come over to apologize herself!! Even after 15 years of living on QA and Magnolia you never get used to this kind of de-humanizing treatment. It has taken me a long time to even write this review! So if you happen to be a minority DO NOT shop at this store. Vixen in Magnolia has similar merchandise and you will be treated as a valued customer.
