I had a question about a design, so I contacted them. It's been almost a week and they've completely ignored me. I don't like to be ignored. If these people want to run a legitimate business they ought to check the contact E-mail they post on their website instead of neglecting it and making customers feel ignored. I went to BA Custom Designs instead. My product came out perfectly!
