I will look into this further, we do have minimum orders but we should always be communicating this information to our customers if their order does not meet a minimum quantity. Ultimately we strive to deliver the best product and service to our customers and we're proud to say we hit the mark the overwhelming majority of the time but it sounds like we missed the mark with our initial interaction in the quoting process with you. Looked for a local printing place to make my custom stickers, sent examples to get a quote and all I got was a "we can not help you with this request ".... No reason or justification, or even an explanation of anything I could to do possibly adjust my request to execute the project. Super unprofessional in my opinion. And total bummer because I have SO MUCH PRINTING that needs to be done.

Katrina forgot about the logo project I sent several emails and met with her about. When asked about it she tried to pass me off to someone else to start over from scratch. Ink monstr left me completely in the lurch with a total lack of responsiveness, professionalism and deliverable. Highly do not recommend as I have had much better service from Fivrr.

It has been a bit of a learning curve but we so appreciate your support in our small Denver local business! All of our masks & PPE are printed, cut, and sewn in house + made with love. I put in an order last week for masks and paid $77. I called 6 days later because for my masks and they lost my order. I called my bank and they said the merchant cancelled the charge. They didnt even contact me to let me know they cancelled it. The website is very misleading. There is no mention of having to wait for days on end for a mask. They make it sound like you can order online and can pick it up right away. Very disappointing, my 8 year has been so excited to pick them up and she teared up when I told her what happened. Shame on you Ink Monster.
