Normally dont leave reviews, but the customer support was very aggrevating. Walked in to buy a pair of earrings for my daughter and found a nice pair of hoops with stones in them with a very nice young lady. When i got home that evening i opened up the box and noticed not one but several stones had fell off the earrings before i was even able to touch my daughters ears with the earring. I couldnt believe it. Brought it back and explained what had happened to a guy in charge and he argued with me telling me i was rough when putting them on my daughter. Mind you she is not even 3. After going back and forth a couple times i had to settle with him telling me what happened. He almost convinced me he was in my house and saw me put them on my daughter with how persistant he was.lol. He told me all sales were final and the best he can do is exchange but it will be the last time. Their jewlery seems a little sketchy.

The customer service is good and nice sales people . Jewelry is beautiful. The quality of the jewelry is the problem. I purchased a beautiful ring from here on sale but was still expensive (if quality was better it would of been worth every penny). I picked up the ring after two weeks for sizing . On day 3 of wearing the ring it just snapped in half. This picture looks like earrings, but in fact this was a ring....I took it back they said they would fix, but I've never had something like this happen with jewelry and the jeweler said he never saw anything like this before either..beware...

As a competitor in the jewelry business, it's rare that I do this but I had such a great experience here that I felt the need to publicly commend Ethan Jordan Jewelers on my wonderful experience! I had originally gone in only to get my watch fixed but saw such exquisite pieces that I couldn't help but shop around. The sales girl was so beyond sweet, showing me things I missed, helping me try on pieces and (most importantly) giving her honest opinion on all of them! I was so blown away by their prices, variety and honesty that I spent about double what my watch was worth and I couldn't be happier with my new purchases! I will definitely be back very soon!!!
