Worst customer service on the most expensive car we have ever purchased. BMW X5 21. Sales was bad but service is worse. Wish we never would have purchased from this dealership.

Been waiting 6 months to get my check from my warranty I canceled. They shorted me over $400 and continue to make excuses for not fixing the issue. Very shady practices. Beware consumer, do not trust their finance team. In addition, just got done interacting with the manager who is not willing to deal with the mistake that his employee made. The manager Matt Mickelson needs a lesson in morality.

Had an incredible experience at motorwerks BMW! The car I was interested in was ready to go as soon as we arrived, Ryan Jacobs made sure I was comfortable and happy. Jozef took care of all financing and even communicated with my bank for me! He went above and beyond getting the payments ironed out and kept great communication. Buyer beware of their so called certified vehicles. I recently purchased a 2021 with 15,000 miles on it that had a little road noise when I left the lot and I didn't think anything of it. 3 months and 2,000 miles later I took it to my dealership that I use for service to have it looked at and they said the front tires were shot because the car had never had an alignment, or an alignment check. Motorwerks confirmed that the alignment was never checked. I have shared this with Motorwerks and was told that in 3 positions of all of the tires, they were all at exactly 6mm, yet were at 3mm 2,000 miles later. Impossible. They checked the boxes and never did a thorough inspection.
