I worked here for almost 5 years. In that time I have seen many people come and go. That is cuz of how unsafe the work environment is and how rude the people can be. When I first started it was very unorganized for being a million dollar company it has cleaned up some but has a long way to go . However they claim safety is first but that is not the case. I have seen unsafe thing not be fixed and taken care of for months on end and have not been fixed yet. Examples in the paint room the floors can be slippery, emergency stop buttons don't always work are just a few. Now if you wish to move up in the company the only way to do so is to kiss as much butt as you can and become friends with management then you can become a team lead. The pay is on the lower end and when it comes to pay raises will good luck it doesn't happen much. From the time I started it was $10 an HR now in assembly you can make around $11 to $12. Is in the long run the pay sucks they do not keep anything fair and are unsafe. If that sounds like a place for you to work then by all mean get a job there. If not better is out there you just need to look. Good luck.
Great place to work if your interested in actually working and not just showing or a handout for trying participating you would get by like that but you won't succeed
This is a good solid place to work. However these 7 days a week shifts are ridiculous. Its unsafe and exhausting. 7 days a week for over a month??? Pretty damn rough and careless.
