We were really disappointed with our experience today. My husband and I finally were able to have a date night, and we typically go to Grapevine for a winery, but we chose to stay local. We sat down for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the lady behind the bar. She didn't say hi, I'll be with you soon, or anything. We don't mind waiting but please say something. A couple that came in after us ended up walking out after the same happened to them. We followed suit shortly after. Please learn how to at least acknowledge your customers.

Please call us at 830-308-7750 and ask for Melanie. I am the owner I hope you will reconsider your review and not judge my business on the basis of one employee. Hopefully we can work this out. As a nurse practitioner..we have sanitizer and hand washing station and I expect my employees to protect themselves from COVID or I dont want them there. Please call me. Hopefully we can work this out and you dont judge our wine and food bcs one employee made a mistake she will be terminated for.
