The description for the part I ordered read"kit" and then listed the 2 parts included in the kit. I received one of the two listed parts. Called the parts counter only to be told the descriptions are from Toyota and I ordered the wrong part. Was given the correct number. They would not offer a refund on initial shipping or return shipping. I threw the part in my trash can and just ordeed the correct part elsewhere. Thoughts: if you are going to sell to the public via your website....make sure the descriptions are.....descriptive, so the average consumer understands and receives what they need. Toyota factory desvriptions might make sense to a parts counter in a dealership....but maybe not online where no interaction is possible. My two cents.
Very good parts department! Ordered floormats and received exemplary service. My new floormats arrived quickly and safely. You guys should wear capes as you provided me with super service!
Easy ordering parts via their website. Received all parts in a reasonable time as ordered with no issues. Communication was excellent via email with all detail needed and notified as needed (order received, processing, shipped, etc).
Awesome experience! Had some difficulties getting my order through initially but after a few phone calls they were able to get everything sorted out for me without hassle. They were able to combine my shipping so I didn't have to pay an outrageous freight fee and my order arrived much quicker than I anticipated and with zero issues. Can't thank them enough for helping me out!
