tried to return 3 pairs of pants that I spent well over a hundred dollars on and just because i washed them I can't return them. Duh! I always wash my new pants because I don't know how many people have tried them on before I bought them. The point is i just wanted to exchange them for loose fit because the relaxed fit was just to tight for me. I'll admit I should have tried them on first my mistake but now I'm stuck with pants I can't wear. really just makes me mad I've never been to a store that had that kind of policy. I guess customer satisfaction doesn't matter anymore as long as they get your money

Son who is the military was in town, he bought a couple of shirts. He didn't like one, never worn never wash. Went to bring it back and they required exact same card - which is with my son has who's stationed in another state
