So unprofessional I contacted this company for a quote and I have yet to receive it and Im appalled that this company rating is great but customer service is very bad . I was referred by someone and Im upset with them also I then called and still bad service and unprofessional

Had such a great experience with Everlasting Embroidery! Talked to Greg the night before and emailed him my logo for my new business. The next day, I stopped by about an hour before they were to close and was expecting to get my shirts back in a couple days. He told me they'll be done in about 30-45 min., so I took that opportunity to go find a blank hat to match my shirts. I got back about 15 min. after they were closed and showed him the hat and he said he'll see if he could get it done now, so I wouldn't have to come back. He not only got it done in less than 10 min., but didn't even charge me to get the hat embroidered! Such great customer service and patience with getting my logo worked out to the way I wanted it! Will definitely be back and will tell all my friends and family to check them out as well! #customer4life

Don't trust this company. We had a deadline they committed to and then later left us hanging dry. There are plenty of other companies in the area that will just be honest with you. Look elsewhere if you need someone to be true to their word.
