Enrique was terrible, once he found out I wasnt interested in financing the vehicle - he changed his tone. Ignored me and didnt show any signs of cooperation. Stay away, they want your money, not your respect.

BMW of Morristown perfectly exemplifies every negative stereotype of a shady used car salesman. I flew to New Jersey and paid them $86,000 cash for a 2019 Mercedes and they have failed to provide quality services every step of the way. They sent us on a 2200 mile road trip with tires that had less than 2/32 tread on them. They sent us the wrong title and took 4 months to get us the correct title (all while we were having to drive with expired temp plates). The Car was wrecked before we bought it and fixed with bondo which is now detached and peeling off the passenger side rear quarter panel. And most infuriating of all was the absolutely appalling degrading way they have treated us throughout the 4 month ordeal of getting title to the car. They were rude and degrading and condescending throughout out the process. Their communication was exceptionally poor. They never followed up or communicated unless I contacted them. And they outright lied about their efforts to get the title situation resolved. I own several businesses myself and would be totally ashamed to treat clients this way.

Came in looking for a new car, they did not have my desired vehicle in stock but provided all the options I have and were very helpful throughout the entire process. LMAOOOO the internet specialist asked me to come to meet some salesman BUT I felt as soon as he saw I was black in a work uniform, his whole attitude changed. Lets call a spade a spade. What attracted me was a lease special advertising on the website but once I walked in I was spinned off. Its ok, I was just trying to compare vehicles BUT when Im ready I will go back to Bloomfield BMW. Thanks for poor customer service and telling me I had to put a deposit on a car thats in the UK.
