Customer Service is horrible. The young lady at the front desk Gabriella is so rude and unprofessional. Gabriella is like talking to a machine. The actual Manager will never return a phone call and when you request to get an email from the Manager it never happens. I called at 5:31 to make my payment of course the phone was already forwarded to the voicemail. They refused to waive the late fee. Frustrated because if I had showed up in person at 5:31 I guarantee you they would still be there.

Shila keeps the place extremely clean and always has a positive attitude. I had been to different storage places but never to one so well kept and with such friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended!!!
