I'm very partial here. I see all these post about punctuality and service but my experience has been everything except punctual, no matter the window they have kept me waiting beyond that time. I was told I'd be receiving courtesy calls to avoid discrepancies. Not at all a concern, forget the fact that it would be inconvenient for me what if your driver shows up hours late as they continue to only to find out that nobody is available. Disappointing and who ever is leaving these wonderful reviews, you must be getting special treatment. I sure am not. You all have been wasting my time and valuable money.

Service is fine most of the time. Have had two no shoes. But overall ok. My biggest complaint is the office lady. I dread making payments. She acts like you are bothering her and has a BIG ATTITUDE, every time.

Very helpful and responsive to their customers. I have never had any problems with their service and will continue to choose them for waste management in the future.

They have been fairly good in the past. Right now though I was told they are experiencing truck issues and problems finding drivers. It's been more than 2 weeks now that I had requested a P/U. Hope they get things sorted out soon.
