Was supposed to deliver Friday , I spoke to someone Saturday, they were supposed to get back to me. Its Monday still no propane and on hold . Terrible service UPDATE I was told yesterday that when they got information about a delivery date either the rep I spoke to or the supervisor would call me back NO CALL BACK

1 star is being generous here. Ordered October 15th for my dad who is 85 yrs old and they stated delivery by the 22nd....well it's November 9th and after an "expedited" and then "emergency " delivery....they never delivered. They have no answers for me. They could care less that an elderly man had no propane for heat and cooking. Thank God the weather had been mild. By the way this is the straw that broke the camels back, this isn't the first time, I have had them for almost 4 years. I am going with another company. If you are considering them I suggest you look elsewhere. The frustration you will have with them isn't worth it.

This place is so horrible they want you to call when your tank is very low so they charge you a very high amount because as per the receptionist they won't fill your tank until its very low, they don't work on the weekends and I believe they don't have one truck also there is always a 7-10 business day wait period but yet they take your money in the blink of an eye they don't communicate with others as far as putting the right information in for a delivery or how low is the tank and you would have to constantly call and make sure they did it right because if you leave it up to them nothing will get done on top of that the receptionist has no control of the delivery person and what they do they can only suggest or put a note into the system super pointless place. Trust me you don't want to use this place your better off somewhere else.
