I live in France and I placed an order for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, my parcel was not completed contrary to what is showing on the label on the top of the carton and the skincare essentials kit at 99$ is missing. I am very sad and dispointed because the order I placed has a huge amount for me ($$$$) and I am not sure I will get reimbursed or recieve my goods anyway. This email is just to prevent French buyers not to accept any parcel from Florence without having checked first that the content matches the order. Now I have sent several emails, I try to contact Florence on FB, Instagram and directly on their website but I do note have any news. Loosing my money is one thing but see the sad face of my daughter is something else.
Terrible service. I would rate it 0 stars if possible. I haven't gotten my order yet. We paid extra for 2 day shipping as this was a gift. The party came and went several days ago. Still no package. In the meantime I have emailed and emailed with no response to my issue. They don't have a phone number. I will never again order from a company that doesn't spring for a phone number with customer service. So irritating to be ignored. I don't even want the items at this point. I will never spend my money again on a company that treats customers this way.
The products are awesome. I am teen and I suffered trying to find the right skin care products for me and Florence by mills has literally changed everything for me. They have made me more confident and happy with myself. I highly recommend!
I placed my order on December 1th, 2020. My order has not been delivered.I understand the COVID situation but 6 weeks and still waiting its just unacceptable.Dont make my mistake.
