We have purchased from this business before, but this year the service was terrible! The girl at the counter was pretty rude to me when I went in there! My husband and son have a standing order every year that they completely forgot about after they spent nearly an hour going over colors, fonts and exactly what they wanted! Not to mention the shirts and sweatshirts they ordered not only took a month to complete but at pick up they were then told that they never ordered the other stuff! Unbelievably rude and when you spend the kind of money they want to put words on a shirt a little professionalism would be nice !

Had my husbands high school letterman jacket made as a gift, to include custom/personalized patches. We live out of state so I wasn't able to come into the shop in person to go over everything, but The Graphics Factory did a great job of communicating with me and sending me the information I needed for the jacket and making adjustments when I had more additions. The jacket is perfect and my husband and family love it.
