These guys have the worst customer service, they are never on time to open the store. Got my T shirt wrong twice and lied about the pick up time.

You want to wait a month to NOT get a simple design printed on a hoodie or shirt? GO HERE ! You want to get told your stuff is done and ready for pickup when it isnt even started yet 3 times ? GO HERE ! IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED FOR YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO HERE. The Boss never answers the phone and is constantly making promises he cant fulfil. Dont do it. Finally got my refund after getting ignored by them for 2 days had to contact the mall management for them to get back to me. This guy offered me 3 free hoodies and never printed one thing for me in a month times span.

Horrible horrible experience. Paid $270 for 5 hooded zippered sweatshirts. I sent a text to ensure my order would be done within 24 hours. Website said production within 24 hours. 48 hours later they called to say their computers were down (but their phone wasn't and they blatantly ignored my text, they did later text back from the same phone so I know the phone receives text). Then they made me non zippered hoodies which were useless as we had t-shirts to go with. So then they offered to ship the correct shirts to the hotel I was staying at. Ok, great minor inconvenience and I'd be out of them for a couple days but it's a 10 day conference. 7 days into the conference (and 5 days after they said they'd ship) owner not returning any messages and no package sent.
