I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THEM. THERE IS PLENTY OF OTHER PROVIDERS WITH GREAT DEALS THAT ARE WAY BETTER LIKE TAXWISE, SAGE, INTUIT .... DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE SCAMMERS AND THERE CSR.

I called and spoke to many representatives before I purchased drake. I feel I was mislead on many aspects of the software. I'm truly disappointed at the overall look and feel of the software, it isn't user friendly and getting returns from one computer to another is a whole task I didn't have an ENTIRE day to devote to, so it won't be getting done. Shame on them for giving false info in order to make a sale. Also they may answer every time you call but 90% of the customer service reps are straight up rude!
