Theres seems to have been a misunderstanding. We could not get the phone fully functioning from what we had tried but we could transfer the data. We dont even sell phones here at Gadgetmd. We were informing you that if you were to acquire a new phone we could assist you in transferring the data. We also did not charge anything for diagnostics.

I was not happy with my service. I took a phone for repair over a week ago, they could never do anything, they never called, and when I called they were waiting for part to check. They tried to sell me a new phone. Then today said it needed a battery and I could pickup after lunch. I went after lunch, you could tell they started to check at that time, it was a short in the board they said, could they sell me a new phone to put data onto? They made me feel they were not interested in fixing my phone only selling me a new phone. I will not take anything to this store again.

I went in for an LCD and iPhone screen replacement on my IPhone XR and they were super nice and reasonable. They even threw In a free case and screen protector for me!!:) definitely recommend this place!!!

Phenomenal customer service. They helped my clean my phone that I have had multiple issues with. They did more in 5 mins than the phone maker did in 5 months. I appreciate their willingness to help.

Whatever you do, find another place to get any type of phone repair! Paid $165.00 on Wednesday for a screen and got a protector and a case from them. Less than 24hrs later guess what, the screen is oozing and the Owner- Manager said give me another $100.00 to fix it! Ridiculous. Never trust this store. Lies about a 90 day warranty, but can't seem to honor it 24hrs after purchase. Wish I could give them zero stars!
