Jim, I am sorry you had a bad experience with our dumpster service. In Las Vegas, the major dumpster companies all have weight limits and all of them are very clear about the overweight fees. The reason for the weight limits are 1) the landfill charges by the ton to dispose of material 2) over weight dumpsters are a safety hazard for the road. I am sorry there was miss a communication on that, but our staff is trained and knows to discuss weights limits.

I just recently moved to Las Vegas and also moved my real estate/home renovation business. For my first Las Vegas project I needed about 8-10 large dumpsters and needed to move a variety of materials including everything from dry wall to concrete to dead tree stumps. This being my first project in Las Vegas, I had a lot of questions as I was trying to find out the local rules and also looking for good vendors/contractors for long term relationships for myself and my clients. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction (or so I thought, but apparently only to get my sale) so I went with ATRACKOUT. My first dumpster was delivered on time and they came to pick it up when it was full. When I showed up on the site and the 2nd dumpster wasnt there I was surprised because I was told it would be delivered first thing that morning. I called to find out what was happening and I was told it had been delivered and they would pick it up when it is full. I had to make several calls and do my own investigation to find out that dumpster #2 was in the neighborhood down the street. With no apology or explanation I was finally able get the project going again when the dumpster was delivered to my site the next day. I should have ended it there, but I ordered another dumpster. Then dumpster #4 was delivered with a 2 ft. deep clump of dried concrete in the middle. I was told I would get a weight credit. A weight credit??? (This is where all those questions I asked in the beginning come into play). When I asked about other charges on that first call I was told there was no such thing. Just pay the $425 per dumpster and you are good. This turned out to be one of the many lies I was told during the first phone call. Then I was yelled at on the phone because they tell EVERYONE the rules in the beginning. They dont know how to treat people and/or take care of their customers and Im a very easy going and loyal customer and refer great vendors/contractors to everyone I know. Well, not this time and I will take my future business elsewhere.

Stay away, rude owner who could care less as they are trying to sell business. Sub par work that is overpriced which is why this Business is for sale now and has been for a while.
