El servicio al cliente es pésimo, trate de usar cupones que la misma cadena proporciona en su app y que en Sears u otras tiendas k-mart he usado sin problemas se rehusaron a aceptarlos, y todavía la persona encargada de cajas hizo un mal comentario al respecto cuando los ignorantes de sus mismos productos y promociones son ellos... The customer service is terrible, try to use coupons that the same chain provides in your app and that Sears or other k-mart stores have used without problems refused to accept them, and still the person in charge of boxes made a bad comment to the respect when the ignorant of their products and promotions are them ...

HORRIBLE customer service and unfair return policy... new unused item I tried to return and they didn’t accept it because it was 31 days instead of 30.... 💩are u serious?!! It’s was one thing!! New! I lost my money there ... I felt bad because the store always was empty so I always buy from them ( even the customer service is soooo bad ) but sorry but NEVER going back again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
