The company I work for is on its second year retainer with Custard and we are very pleased. They are efficient and straightforward. We used them to support with SEO consultancy, audits and even a site migration. One of the areas where they stand out is their account management. From experience, I can say that they are by far better in that aspect that many others out there. Competitive within market rates. They are also very flexible and if you are on a retainer you know what you are paying for and there is full transparency of hours used. On the human side, I couldn't be more pleased. They have become an extension to our global business.
