Hi! I apologize for your experience prompting you to leave this review! As for the hidden fees stated, all of my pricing and packages are clearly listed on my website as well as with any communication from myself to a client before booking. Each package is priced with a certain amount of digitals included so every family has the chance to get a photo session with any budget. Purchasing additional digitals, prints or canvas are 100% optional leaving every client the ability to purchase any additional items theyd like. Again, this information is clearly stated on my website as well as during communication resulting in no hidden fees. Again, I apologize for not reaching your expectations and Id be happy to accommodate you by simply reaching out. Thank you!

Very nice and did a good job overall! I would have liked a little more feedback and creativity during the photo shoot. Not as high quality as I would have liked with the finish. I would recommend for her general pictures. Watch out for hidden fees but somewhat goes over this in her email/website. Basically she locks you into buying all pics because ala cart is more expensive.

I needed headshots for a conference I was invited to speak at. I only had a days notice to get them! Jenna was able to squeeze me in and turn them back around in time for me to email one out. I am self conscience about getting my picture taken, but Jenna made me feel comfortable making the session fun. The images turned out really nice, it and I got a lot of compliments on them. I was so happy with them I was able to get her to come onsite TO our office and take headshots of our staff for our website!

Jenna is nothing but fabulous. As a mother herself, she understands how tough it may be to work with toddlers and she does her very best to make everyone comfortable and relaxed to capture some great photos. She is always out go to for all our picture taking needs! Her turn around times are incredible and shes never more than a phone call or text away. I cant recommend Jenna enough.

Can't say enough amazing things about Jenna and Middle of a Memory Images !! Always so patient with the kids running around and not wanting to smile or sit still. The photos of the kids running around playing and dancing are always my favorite! We will be lifetime customers of Middle of a Memory.
