We are sorry you feel this way, but even though our store policy strictly says "no refunds" with signs all over the store and also on the receipt we gave you. We still made an exception for you out of kindness and gave it to you anyways in the form of a small business check. I'll say it again since we are a small business and when we do any returns (under certain circumstances) in check form because once again for records and also so we don't get a return charge fee. We do not appreciate the calling and harassing of our store employees when you got what you wanted in the first place. Everyone here was working with you so next time please be honest in your reviews instead of making up things because you feel a certain way. Have a good rest of your day!

Had great service here compared to another uniform store a few miles down the road. Friendly and helpful in their selections. Even went to the back to bring other items to show me. Was very happy with my purchase and the price wasn't bad. Excellent discount for students at LLU. They have my business for as long as I'll need scrubs.

Hello Amaya, I certainly apologize for the miss communication on our part, but our website has the new hours of operation listed on google and yelp as well, please feel free to contact my store to make arrangements to come in to our store to shop ok, last week we had some interruption with our phone company and also the power loss to our store. During these circumstances that occurred, it was just the wrong timing. It was not intentional ok. Come by we will take care of you for your lost time, also when we are closed our customers when they call it comes directly to my phone ok, when spectrum doesnt have any issues in the area like when you called. I feel really bad to write this, since there are many good reviews and it seems it is the right place to go, however the communication is totally off. Ive wasted my gas and time coming here on multiple occasions because it says that theyre open online and on the door sign at the physical location. Ive called multiple times, no answer. Ive called again recently and someone answered saying that they were closed (still during the time the door sign says theyre open) but to come in because someone was still there and would let me come in. So, I once again made my way over there in less than 10 minutes (they said that would be fine) and when I got there, it was completely closed again and they werent answering the phone. I am not one to write negative reviews, but I would really love to support this place since its local and Id like to purchase more scrubs for work, however they are not working with me and it does get frustrating, especially when they tell me to come in and they end up not even being there. I will have to continue to find another local uniform shop around me.
