Still awaiting missing items on an order I placed 5/14. I have sent numerous emails. I eventually was told my order was ready on 10/3 and would ship out in a few days to my home address. I gave them my address and have still not received the missing items. I have sent emails since then advising I had not received the items and have had no response back. Not sure what to do at this point. I spent a lot of money on this big order and of course out of the missing items some of them are gifts. I have really tried to have patience and totally understand that things happen but unfortunately, after months of no communication, would not recommend this business.
Very upsetting customer service, so much so I called to cancel my order and was helped by Taylor who assured me the handling of the situation was wrong and did the best he could to make it right. I would never recommend this business solely due to the owners inconsiderate behavior after my attempt to cancel my order called me to ensure me I had no reason to be upset because she felt she was great when I was made to feel like my order was an inconvenience as my small order interrupted production of the larger ones. I was also misquoted on the phone and disappointed when the price was not met upon arrival which I feel would be a pretty common reaction. I agreed to pay a fair price however it would be the exact same I would pay somewhere else and would much rather support a business who is run by a kind person that is considerate to everyone not just the big ticket buyers. She attempted to do the work for free however I would rather pay a higher price somewhere else than receive anything for free from her. Their products looked great and was excited to have work done there Im sure the do a good job. If you do use this business ask for Taylor, he took the words out of my mouth of how a customer should be treated and was disappointed in the situation. I hope your experience goes better than mine.
Would highly NOT recommend using this business. The company has poor customer service, poor customer satisfaction, unprofessional, and completely unorganized! When confronted, employees give excuses and makeup stories as to why the order is not completed as promised. My order finally came in (partially) informed the employee that I would be coming in to pick up. Arrived at 4:30pm and guess what they're closed with no phone call to let me know...
