I've ordered school uniform for mu daughter at 02/09/2017 and I haven't received it yet. Just once I received email from company (after my complaint) that they are running out of stock. And they promised me that the partial delivery should be at the next day. Nothing. I've got nothing. And since then company didn't reply for my emails. I'm very disappointed.
Unfortunately have had an awful experience with Red Oak Roller, two years in a row we have had missing items. Upon chasing this up several times I have had no response. Very disappointing!
As a regular customer for uniforms for my business, we have always had fantastic, quick and efficient service. The team at Red Oak Roller go above and beyond to ensure we have a smooth and easy process and always get our order quickly. I would highly recommend them.
Amazing service and help. I ordered my Son's school clothes online that showed a long wait. I sent a note via the contact us section on the website asking for help to see if there was any way I could get the items quicker. The Shop is closed on a Monday (which I knew), however the owner called me about an hour afterwards and has acted to get the items to me as quickly as possible. She offered a really good solution to the issue as I needed one item ASAP and the team have gone above and beyond. I use ROR regularly for both children and have been doing so for years. The eldest is now in secondary school. I've never had anything other polite service and clothes that last. Thank you all so much.

Firstly, At the height of the School holidays our lead times are subject to change, due to the huge influx of orders we receive, our staff members will be honest with you about the time the believe an order will take but this is only provisional. Having received your order initially after 2-3 weeks is not uncommon, I am glad that the order was initially completed for you. Regarding your exchange: We have many members of staff and we receive hundreds of phone calls. Additionally, due to the large volume of customers who visit the shop, staff in other departments not realating to schoolwear may take your call; so it is not unlikely that someone will have to look into your order before they know any information to help you. Since your request to exchange, we placed an order with our supplier immediately for your items, they had since become unavailable and our supplier ran out of the material to manufacture them. Unfortunately they had let us down and we were in the process of rectifying this issue and the next step in the process would have been to notify customers, which takes some time. We did not have a chance to do so before you came in to us. I am aware that I our School Wear manager explained this all to you on monday (20.08.18) when you visited the store, she then sourced alternatives for you. You will recieve the items shortly, fulfilling your order and resolving your issue. They should be with you Friday, Saturday or Monday next week. Firstly I ordered uniform for my daughter for St.AnneLine Nursery, Basildon. I ordered uniform on 13/07/18 from Red-oak roller(Basildon) and they stated that they will contact me when it arrive and will arrive with a week, I gave my contact details. I didnt receive any calls for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I rang them and informed the bills details. They cant find any details and asked for my contact details. I given my number 2nd time. I didnt get any calls on that day. So, I came to know that no use at all for waiting your call. I went there, and they cant find my bill. After searching everywhere, they found my uniform and bill. 3 of my uniforms were small and I gave back to them on 31/07/18 for exchange. Again, they told they will rang when it arrives and I gave my number 3rd time. I waited for another 2 weeks. I rang them on 14/08/18. They dont have any idea about. Again, they asked for my contact number. I have given 4th time to contact me. On 14/08/18 I raised a complaint through their site and copied to their email.. Until today I didnt get respond or any action. On 20/08/18 again I went there for pending unform.. They dont know what to say still they took my contact details 5 time.. I know its useless but still I have to gave them beacause I paid full amount for that uniform.. School staff told Redoaks only providing uniform for Basildon schools. We parents dont have any other option
