I provided them with a high quality image of what I wanted and they put the wrong font on my garment, ruining it. If you need a quick screen printing job but dont care about how it looks Embroid Me may be a great store. However, they do not seem to really care about the customer.

Knute, I apologize If you felt our customer service representative was rude. That was not her intention and I have discussed it with her. Regarding the golf bag flap you brought in it was a vinyl material. Since it was detached from the golf bag there is no way for us to tell which way is up. Especially with golf bag flaps we attached a note to it in the location where the embroidery is going and to verify which is the top and bottom of the flap when it is re-attached to the golf bag. We do not use tape as it can leave a mark from the residue and permanently damage the item. This is especially true if the item is leather, faux leather or vinyl. The very nature of embroidery is needles puncturing the material in order to embroider it. We mark the location using a very small straight pin which is ultimately covered when the embroidery is done. I apologize if you felt this was not the best method to note the location. I wish you would have expressed your displeasure when you picked up the item on Wednesday and we could have address it then instead of you leaving angry. It is our intention to make our customers happy not displeased. Please bring the item back for us to look at and if the straight pin mark is still visible I will reimburse you the embroidery fee.

Warning!!! The unprofessional young woman who slumps to the counter was both unprofessional and rude. To add injury to insult, she the damaged my item by being reckless and unprofessional. The embroidery work done was fine but, the hole left in the middle of my vinyl golf bag cover due to her recklessly pinning a note to it was terrible.
