Hi Goran, our apologies for being unable to help with this order, however there seems to have been a miscommunication. We never received any files on Sunday night, and while we did receive the files after we spoke to you on the phone, it wasn't until after we closed (around 5:30pm) on Monday night. In addition - the employee you spoke with said that you were unwilling to leave your phone number meaning we had no way to reach you or follow up during business hours. Once again, we sincerely apologize if there was a miscommunication of sorts. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to resolve this.

I had an urgent need for leaflets and rollup as my goods were stocked in customs. I sent an email with HR pdf files Sunday evening, a follow up email on Monday morning but heard nothing. So I called and asked them to respond. Now is Monday evening and I have still not heard from them. In my opinon a poor behavior.

Ive always had a great experience with Lewis & Tim. They are thorough with their work and take the time to insure your work is exactly the way you need it to appear. My go to for professional printing for years. Recently, I was reminded why. I hired a marketing/branding firm to come-up with a new logo and tagline. They did. But, the logos they sent me were pretty much wholly unusable. Tim and his people at Precision Printing took over and got my logo and tagline fixed. They also provided both letterhead and business cards at a much less expensive rate than the discounted quote I received from the marketing/branding company. I cannot overstate what a great business PP is. My highest recommendations.
