Took us 6 hours "chatting" (because you cannot call and talk to a human) with customer service to be able to see details of a gift, of which we'd received an email notice that morning. The representative, Tashya, showed very little understanding of what our issues were or how to solve them, and spoke very unprofessionally. I consistently had to restate the issues, and at one point was told that she was talking to several customers at once so I needed to wait a moment.
Great company to work for with amazing people all sharing the core belief of helping companies give back to their communities. Would highly recommend to any potential employee or business client!
In Dec 2020, I donated $500 to a local church and, through Chevron HumanKind, I requested Chevron send matching funds. I got an e-mail in Jan 2021 stating the match funds was approved. In early December 2021, I found out the church never got the funds. I also found out Chevron outsourced HumanKind matching to a company called yourcause.com. In checking with them, I found out the funds went to a different organization. Yourcause has been stalling and requesting more and more information (which I and the church have provided). This has gone on since early Dec 2021 and entails 30 to 40 emails back and forth. Every time, I think we are close, yourcause.com requests different information.... And now they have stopped responding to my e-mails. Not satisfied with them. Trying to go back to Chevron for assistance.
