DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!! After the experience I received here This is not the place you want to spend your money. I was treated very poorly here, They messed up on my custom shirts I ordered. I called and nicely asked if it could be fixed and they gave Attitude and basically told me that it was my problem. I then got transferred to 3 different employees not even a manager spoke to me about the situation. When I came in and requested a refund the manager was very rude as well and the employees gave me dirty looks and rolled their eyes. I was never once mean nor did I raise my voice at any one.

Unfortunately we have suffered a lost do to Covid 19, so in honor and memory we set out to make shirts, for the family and grandkids.We went into Edison Custom Ink , and placed our order. We paid for items in advance, as stipulated by their policy. Earlier today we received a text message saying OUR SHIRTS were ready, not a text saying we made a mistake you were undercharged, and you owe more money. So after we arrived, we were told we owe more money, they had made a mistake, and were taking responsibility for that mistake, but we had to pay for their mistake. Now mind you we were given a price the day before, and we paid for the items to get printed as stipulated by their policy. With this new information blindsiding us we refused to pay for their mistakeWe then were told by the manager, that she spoke with the owner of Edison Customer Ink, and he told her not to print the kids shirts until we paid the owed amount!!! The owed amount that they took responsibility for. The grandchildren of our passed love one, as of this moment dont have any shirts in memory of their grandfather. So this is plain and simple psychological extortion by way of emotional heartache and tragedy, that we have experienced.Stay tuned!!!

Not impressed with their cropping skills license platr could have been a lot better. Sadly it seems a little rushed quality isnt apparently their recipe. The staff however was super friendly but that doesnt create repeat customers.
