I took in a pair of glasses that were purchased from a competitor, to see if they would do an adjustment. The person took one look at the case I have my glasses in and said "Oh no, I won't adjust those. Those are from Zenni." However the glasses inside were not from Zinni. The case said Zinnia on it. I laughed, thinking this person was joking. I was willing to pay, so why lose business over that? Maybe people are buying glasses online because customer service is lacking?
Been going there for 5 years now for contacts and glasses. Great service and prices and they fill out all my Eye Med reimbursement paperwork. I moved further away 2 years ago and make the extra trip because of the excellent experience. It is a joy to support this well-run small local business.
Dr Davis and Coy were both very friendly and helpful! Truly the best experience Ive ever had getting an eye exam. Dr Davis looked at my eyes, but I honestly felt he looked into my soul! Highly intelligent, compassionate and down to earth. I only wish my eyes werent so healthy and I had a reason to go in more often.
