My first contact with Gango was when I spoke with Michael over the phone. He listened well and put me in contact with Alex Valdez their custom printing expert. Alex sent me an e-mail within 15 minutes noting that he was informed by Michael about my interest in coming to the shop to inquire about printing. I could tell he wrote it instead of some automatic response; it was a nice personal touch. When I came in to tour the place, I was greeted by another worker, Grey, and he told Alex I was here. Alex greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. He took the time to show me around the shop, and he thoroughly explained their services. I asked several questions and Alex listened well and responded professionally. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me his undivided attention even though this time of the year can be quite busy for them. I left feeling confident about doing future business with them.

Yes, they are that good. All the praise is well deserved. We had our artwork scanned and color corrected to their paper stock and were so impressed at how close the colors were to our neon acrylic color mixes. They had an amazing eye to really translate our colors and create prints we were proud to sell. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
