Hope you don't need any items from this place to make a deadline (Like Christmas). If you do, get it in writing or they'll push your order back like they did ours. Want a refund? Hope you have PayPal -They won't refund back to the card you used. The quote I have via email from manager Elie Simon 'You'll take a PayPal refund or you'll get nothing'. Guess what? Not everyone has a PayPal account, so you guessed it, I got nothing. Don't make the same mistake I did. Drive 10 minutes North to Celina use Twisted Trail embroidery. They are half price TLC quoted and Twisted Trail got the work done on the date they said they would.
Took them 4 pieces of clothing to have my logo stitched on. 3 looked ok and the 4th was the wrong color. After they imitated they messed up they still called me and told me that my shirts were ready to be picked. If they knew one shirt wasnt right why would they call even call me. Why not fit it then call me. Was not happy with the service or the owners attitude when he called me after I emailed them about my concerns on the quality of work and service. I will not be using them. I offered them to fix my shirt or give me my money back they choose to refund me.
Working with Joseph was seamless. His emphasis on customer service is bar none. I would definitely recommend if youre in the market for apparel or promotional products.

I had a great experience! The staff were professional and courteous and the work was done quickly and exactly as I requested. I will absolutely be coming back in the future, thank you everyone at TLC!
In response to Mr Hudson, you say you take pride in your work and that you guys have all those years of experience ect...... when you guys called me that my shirts were done, and at least 2 people saw that the one of the shirts was not done to my request, no body said anything. Someone or you as the owner of the company should have said , hey we messed up one of your shirts, but you didnt. I didnt pickup the shirts til about 5 days after you guys called me and said your shirts are ready for pickup, 5 days they sat there but noone took the initiative or the pride in calling me and saying hey we messed one shirt up, I will pay for the shirt and the cost for the work. But no that never happened, it wasnt til my wife picked up the shirts and brought them home and I saw that one shirt was done correctly. Then a called you guys and you keep saying well did you like the other 3 shirts which was irrelevant. If you really cared about customer service and that you claim you take pride of your work then back it up Mr Hudson. You should have immediate called me when the shirts were done and told me that you guys messed up one. But you didnt , you tried to cover it up by justifying that the other 3 turned out good. You said you take pride of your work well if that's the kind of pride you give to customers wow, thanks but no thanks. If you really want to make things right my shirts cost 23 dollars which I never got replaced or refunded all I got back was 12 dollars for the work you guys did.
