The recepcionist has to be more friendly, since she is the one who answers our questions, she needs to learn how to treat the customers.
The sales team lies to other potential customers claiming that they are using a another local business "by name" that doesn't use their insurance products. I could never use a insurance company that lies to get business. Totally unethical business practices and very unprofessional. Some people like to sell their soul with no integrity.
We have had a very positive experience with Teresa with CCIG as our auto insurance broker. She's very responsive, professional, kind, and easy to work with.
