Called and left voicemail but never received a return call. Maybe because it was only 3 tees, but if I was happy with the work would have done 97 more...needed 100 shirts printed on.

I highly recommend this company! Ive used them for about 4 years now and have never had an issue. They have always provided quality customer service and product. Matter a fact Tera has always gone above and beyond for our small business. She and her staff have delivered our goods and even met out crazy deadlines, which we are not always proud of for extending that pressure to other businesses but they have always handled it like a champ. I look forward to many more years with them. Its always nice when a company knows your face & name!

I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and Tera at Imperial made it pretty easy and designed a logo for us. We got a mock up that showed what would be printed on our shirts and the final product matched perfectly. Very professional and couldn't be happier.

Service is always accommodating. They do all they can to make it easy on their customers including options for pickup and delivery of orders. They are always striving for the best quality by improving their processes and upgrading their equipment. Ive been using them for over a year and still have shirts that are just as vibrant as ever and I put them through their paces. They stand up to sun, salt, sweat, and sometimes soap with ease. Our orders large or small have always been efficient and completed within the promised timeframe or sooner! On one occasion we asked for a specially printed hooded sweatshirt and when the first experienent wasn't to THEIR standard (it looked fine to me) they printed another one on their own dime. I always prefer to work with small and local businesses and will continue to use and recommend imperial for all of my attire merchandise!!
