They are not client oriented at all. I called to ask about a price for an eye exam to get the prescription. They started asking me all the details to create a new profile. In the middle of discussion I interrupted a rep and asked again how much does it cost to get a prescription? She put me on hold. After almost 10mins waiting I decided to go somewhere else.
Unfortunately, this is my worst eye exam experience ever. They somehow gave me a wrong Rx and it caused my two new pairs having to be returned (ofc wasted my insurance discounts). Well, I was actually still okay as human made mistakes, although I have never experienced a wrong prescription before. The most unbearable thing is, when I had to go in with another appointment, the doctor was extremely impatient and insisted her original Rx is correct after a 2-min check. I told her I was still not satisfied because my two eyes clearly saw things very differently with the new prescription glasses. But she began to ask me to give more time, and even blamed me for wasting her time. This is a new level of rudeness for customers! I wear glasses for over 25 years, and know what feeling is right or wrong. After all, I felt very doubtful about their professionalism, so I ended up with doing another eye exam in another place out of my pocket, which went very well and also just took me 20 mins in and out.
I really should try to arrive more than five minutes before closing time, but Shaun still took the time to adjust my new glasses so they wouldn't slip off even if shake my head while looking down. The lenses fogged up while I was doing it. No problem for Shaun's magic potion, which she carefully showed me how to apply, even though the door was by now locked. That's the kind of service that makes me make the unaccustomed effort to say that I've been a happy regular customer of Dr Lee's since long before social meedja was a thing. I actually look forward to my visits. Who looks forward to seeing the doctor?
Dr.Lee is friendly and explained in good detail. But, optician is un-responsive/rude.
