I came to this lot with my infant daughter in a stroller, walked through the lot and past an attendant who COMPLETELY ignored me. I expected what I experience from most lots, which is acknowledgment at minimum and a greeting of help in finding what I'm looking for. I walked inside for help, and again was met with a very uncomfortable vibe from a woman in the back. I gave it one last try, and greeted the attendant who again ignored me and disappeared to the back. As a black woman, I questioned if this rude and unprofessional experience was because both workers were white.
