They embroidered my wife's lab coats and jacket, they messed up the colors and they said they could not do anything because it was going to damage the clothes, and they just said "Sorry we will do it right next time". I could not do anything because it was already paid and even when they accepted their error they did not do anything to make it up. I don't recommend the place, search somewhere else.

I had a shirt made for my son and when I picked it up I initially thought it looked fine. Unfortunately once I took it home I realized that the text, "Big Brother" wasn't clear enough to take a picture of. Since it was supposed to match a onesie for his new baby brother I was disappointed. I took the shirt back the next day and asked if there was anything to be done. I had paid for the first shirt from another store and brought in another two shirts as options to replace the illegible shirt. Although the gentleman working behind the counter wanted to try to make it right, Zena was very abrupt and said that it was my color choice of white thread on a neon green shirt that made it illegible. She said that even if we made the text larger it probably wouldn't be an improvement. It would have been nice to have that recommendation before the shirt was completed considering she looked at the design when I came in to place the order. I never asked for them to do any work for free. I did however mention that after paying $20 for the first shirt I couldn't afford to pay full price for two more that may or may not come out better. I had discussed with her employee doing a set of shirts for my business and an order of screen printed shirts for our cub scout pack. I will take the rest of my business to another company. I was relying on their expertise to make sure the shirt came out looking nice.

We gave Zena and her team a large order with a very tight deadline and they responded in a very professional manner and got things done on time without any issues. Its a real delight to recommend them for embroidery and silk screen printing.

I am a foot doctor in the San Antonio area. I have been doing business with National Embroiders for a few years now and I have been very happy with the staff and the products they produce. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable for the quality that they do. I would recommend National Embroiders for doing any of your marketing needs for high quality embroidered shirts, screen printing, promotional items such as pens, coffee mugs, bags, polo shirts, hats and medical scrubs. They have done some screen printing for some of my personal items as well, they all came out wonderful!

The staff who answered the phone was HORRIBLE! She needs to work on her phone etiquette. She acted as if she did not want to be at work nor answer any of my questions. Customer service is KEY!
