Great selection and service while shopping. Their loading policies make no sense. They don't follow helpful tips on how you want items loaded/placed. They load palleted machine and then CUT the banding off the pallet/machine so it sits loose on it. Yes of course I brought straps, but cutting the banding only makes it less secure. But they don't want any liability on how the machine is secured at all... maybe they should also think of using better pallets so the boards don't break mid transport then either. Overall good experience. Poor policies and they don't mind if they damage a bulky machine if they don't have simple loading option.

My father kindly bought me a tool from them. They delayed my order and forced me call them two days later to reconfirm all of his credit card data on the phone and provide a "reason" the billing and shipping address was different. They said it was for "security", but my order amount would barely qualify for a signature at a gas station. If I wanted to waste my life on hold and talking to some impatient lady on the phone, I wouldn't shop online! The largest online retailers dont do this because its very inconvenient and defeats the entire purpose of online shopping. If your policy requires the same address to process an order- why allow two address at all? Why not make the customer aware of this policy ahead of time? Perhaps I underestimate the amount of money spent online in an average purchase- but your policy could easily have a cutoff, say $2k, where then it requires phone verification.

The place is like a wonderland of tools. I am lucky to only be a couple of hours away. There are only three of these in the US. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years, and have had great experiences. Their tools are not top of the line, but are fairly priced for most shops in my opinion, and the customer service has always been good.

shop..... by the time they add on the shipping could have bought a much better tool line,,,. check out jet tools, on sale, free shipping.... and this does not even address the attitude you will deal with, or the cheap steel they use in there tools, and bolts that need to be replaced.
