James you are correct in that we dropped the ball on your order. This is not our usual practice. We did offer to complete your order in time for your trip. Understandably you did not have confidence in us accomplishing that since we completely forgot your order. Our embroidery department gets very busy for Christmas business orders beginning in October. We are normally 7-10 days turnaround for orders in embroidery and screenprinting and 1-3 days for direct to garment printing and vinyl lettering. This year at the beginning of October we were 30 days turnaround on embroidery due to scheduling. Our team is working 12 hour days and strive to meet every customer's needs. Your order was not going to take 30 days to complete only that it could not be put on the schedule for 30 days. Your order would have taken only a few hours to complete after all the artwork was completed. Again, I am sorry for disappointing you and failing to accomplish the gifts you hoped to have completed. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! On Thursday, I visited the store and spoke with both the owner and his assistant to submit an order for embroidery and printing service (art work provided by customer). After review, they took my order and I was told I would receive a phone call, and email for approval, and that it would take one month (30 days) to complete. I specified I would be going out of town and needed the items by the due date, or sooner if possible. The following Monday, I returned to the store and submitted two hard copies of my art work (store closed on Saturdays) to the clerk at the front desk. I inquired if this was a big order, because I thought it was rather odd it would take a full month (30 days) to complete only seven items, particularly when their website indicates sports teams. The clerk went to the back twice to speak with the assistant who took my order to find out the status, and to see if things could be done any sooner. The assistant never came out from the back to speak with me, but relayed messages from the clerk. No work had been started at this point. Over 3 ½ weeks later, and just three (3) days before the due date, I had not received any correspondence regarding the status of my order, so I decided to go the store. Everyone seemed lost and could not find my order. After searching the store front and back for approximately ten minutes, my order was found tucked away in a box sitting on the floor in a corner. Fact is, my order had never been placed for processing. The owner told me that his assistant, who was with him when I submitted the order, had been confused about his instructions, and that my order was set-aside, and eventually overlooked. I told the owner we have a problem, and he responded by rolling his eyes and saying, I know we have a problem! I told them I didnt think the order could be completed in the remaining three (3) days, and the assistant told me thats not true, and that Im the one who requested it be done in one month (30 days)! The lack of follow-up, correspondence, and disrespect are totally unacceptable! They are unprofessional and substandard, and no one should do business with this company!
