A horrible experience. The software is cumbersome & very difficult to use. I spent more time trying to get through all of the steps to upload and download client data than I would have spent just preparing the tax return. For this "service" I got to pay SurePrep a tidy fee.

If you are going to use their services, my advice is just please skip and move to another company. zero customer service. only they behave so positive till contract is done after that no one cares and there is no body to respond queries, unfortunately, very unprofessional and rude staff!!! horrible experience!
