DSport came highly recommended, but unfortunately highly recommended does not reflect good service. I handed in 3 items for embroidery on Wednesday morning after discussing it in detail the previous Friday, emphasising that it’s my uniform. When I handed it in on Wednesday morning I was promised it would be completed by Friday afternoon. Upon my arrival I was informed it wasn’t done, and that they are short-handed and the order should never have been taken. The lady who assisted me had an attitude of “it is what it is”, and had zero understanding that I was upset. If they had bothered to call me and told me they won’t be able to do it, I could’ve collected my items and given it someone else to do - but there was ZERO communication from them. My items were just handed back to me with not even so much as a apology. I do not recommend them and will definitely not support them at all. I am new to Columbia, and this was not a good impression…

Lady was rude on the phone couldn’t give a base price and just wasn’t very helpful will take my business elsewhere was inquiring about 50 hoodies.

I have worked with the guys at Dsport on numerous different projects for our business, and Brian has always gone above and beyond for us. Extremely friendly staff putting out excellent quality work. Would not think about going anywhere else!

First off Shawn here is great but otherwise I had wanted two renderings for my business shirts. I had no problem w price just wanted to see my options. Carmen said I had to commit to one or the other before they would do a rendering. After Taylor agreed to do it for me. Carmen became short and snippy with me and when I said I just take my business somewhere else. She was perfectly fine and did absolutely nothing to keep my business.
