Total Shambles! Its amazing to think in 2019 a company can be so awful at the basics. No responses from my email enquiries, No one picks up the phones and you have to leave a voicemail where, you don't get call-backs. No one seems to know what is going on because the NELEP outsources absolutely every department out. So its impossible to get a straight answer and your just passed from dept to dept. Utter waste of my time dealing with these people who just seem clueless!

We had an extremely tough time during the COVID pandemic. The knowledgeable team at the NELEP guided us towards one of their funding opportunities - to which we were successful and procured essential income in the middle of a very hard time. All the staff that we were referred to between NELEP and the North East Growth Hub were incredibly helpful and without them we wouldn't have known about the opportunities we benefited from.
