Shop local, anywhere but here. New to town, came here because I love the Uniform Shoppe in OKC. This place is not even close to the same. They have a big selection so its nice to try on things here but they dont deserve my business and probably not yours either. Its been over 3 weeks and I still havent received my order or any form of communication; was initially told it would take 7-10 days, then 7-10 business days, then by the end of last week... called and left a message today and not one call or email and bad attitudes all around. I thought this young lady was having a bad day but apparently its a bad month. Getting a refund and going to Raleys who offered to give me a discount and had my size in stock. Update 10/2: Thanks for contacting me. I was offered a discount and an apology. I appreciate the effort. Better late then never. One star to three stars.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Been waiting a month for an order. I will not be shopping here ever again. Everytime I come here they tell me the orders on the way. Well it's been on the way for more than three weeks. If they had normal people's sizes we would not have to special order scrubs. Everything is large or extra large what a joke. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

I cannot and will not recommend this place!! I have shopped here over the last 2 years HOWEVER, I will NOT ever again. Miss Chloe was as disrespectful and snotty as could be over 2 PLASTIC HANGERS! Rolling her eyes, and raising her voice just so you know. In a world where people do not need to leave their home to make purchases, it is vital for those who are employees at a small business to provide exceptional customer service, especially when your prices are higher than I could pay elsewhere. I did make a large purchase WITHOUT any help from either of the 2 young ladies working today. AFTER I received such poor service, I made the decision to turn around and return all the items I purchased today and was immediately subjected to another 2 cents from Miss Chloe, accusing me of having an attitude with her. She lacks the common sense to understand how actual customer service works, but anywho here we are! There was a bright spot in todays ruckus though!!!!! Earlier in the day we had shopped at another LOCAL scrub shop, (closer to my home too) and decided to return to that shop, where we were greeted with a smile, and an eagerness to get us the items we wanted. The service was amazing, not to mention, we saved $100 getting the exact same items!!! Huge, HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALLY, from ALLYs DISCOUNT SCRUBS in Broken Arrow for taking such good care of my daughter and me!!!!
