I had an appointment today for service which I made almost 25 days ago and requested for the courtesy car! That's why I waited this long. Some one called me in morning and said they don't have a courtesy car available and next appointment available is going to be on mid August! She even said we are not obligated to provide a courtesy car!! It's ridiculous and just wasting my time. I called other BMW they set up a service appointment as soon as Saturday with the courtesy car available.

Horrible customer service in the Service Department!!! Brought in my vehicle for service and they dented my rims when washing the vehicle at the end of the service, same thing happened to my Brother when he brought his vehicle a month ago, they offered to repair mine but almost a month away from the day they damaged it, I will have to drive my car damaged for a few weeks ... keep an eye for those dents and scratches
