I found the owner of this business to be incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like a nuisance from the moment he "greeted" me. He and his salesperson we're not on the same page. So Jim, the owner, decided to block the driveway out of his lot after watching me and my wife move over everything from her old car into the one we were going to buy. In the end, Jim had lied about business insurance issues related to our purchase and admitted to having done a similar deal for others, but for some reason it wasn't ok for us. Unprofessional both in actions and the appearance of his sales office. Would not recommend them to anyone. Will actively tell those shopping to avoid them.
