We will never use 2020 vision express again I was forced to use this place because my employer used them for safety eye wear, I would not otherwise. They kept sending a bill , for services that were covered by my employer, and since i was not responsible for the payment, I returned them, and informed 2020 that my employer is responsible for payment The people at 2020 never submitted a bill to my employer, and finally submitted the bill to collection, very unprofessional, Since there are many other eye care providers in the area, we will not shop with 2020 vision express in the future.

Ordered prescription sun glasses and was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. When that 2 weeks was up they called and asked for my prescription which they took a photo copy of when I ordered the sun glasses. 3 weeks after that they sent a text saying my sun glasses are ready. When I picked them up the sun glasses had a silver mirror reflection on the lenses, I specifically told them I dont want a reflective lens and also the ones I tried on did not fit the same as the ones I received. I dont think they could screw up any worse. I will never go back.

Everyone was very friendly! Dr Jordan Mari was awesome, friendly and very nice!! They got me in when I had an emergency with something in my eye! Highly recommended!

Worst eye Dr on the planet!!! Doesn't tell you what's going on, doesn't give you the information necessary to make an informed decision, then gets condescending and arrogant when you question him.
