Not very responsive. Kept putting me off regarding when work would be done. Computer was worse off when they finished with it than when I brought it in for repair. Internet connectivity was enabled and functioning when I brought it in. When they returned it and I paid $400 for "repair" internet connectivity was lost. I had to hound them to even find out when the work would be done, and they kept changing the day it would be completed. The worst computer repair service I have ever used.

I was having a problem regarding my Facebook account ,indicating I had been hacked. I am not real familiar with this, but was very concerned as how to deal with this issue. I called a "bogus" Facebook number that informed I needed to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a Google play card.....I also talked to a friend and she said that sounds very fishy. Long story short, she advised me to contact PC Solutions. All I can say is they are wonderful. They even have me come in and they would help me. The receptionist was so kind and understanding and both see and Mike made me feel so relieved. I can not say enough how great they were. If ever needed I will go to them for help and to refer them to friends. Thank you, my anxiety is gone. Sincerely Patty

PC problems can be tricky to resolve, we kept in touch about the status of this repair, giving updates at each stage of testing and troubleshooting. We also called first thing today to try to make it right by looking at it again for zero charge and moving it to the front of the line. The customer declined further help and ended the call without finishing the conversation. If he ever changes his mind, please reach out as we would love the opportunity to make this right!

Laptop was having an issue with the horizontal lines on the screen. Took over a month to diagnose the issue and to "fix". Barely a day later and the issue is still happening on top of an occasional black screen now. To say I'm irritated is an understatement.
