Thank you for your review Amy. Although our records show that we have never conducted any business transaction with you. We would love to know where we under preformed for you. Due to labor shortages and supply issues we are extremely backed up in our service department. If your boyfriend would like to call set an appointment and drop it off. (we can't guarantee a loaner vehicle, only upon there availability) We will gladly take care of the promised repairs regardless of the 30 day period. An IOU was given to my boyfriend for repairs and they have never gotten it into the shop yet and has been over 6 months. It was to be repaired "within the warranty period".

Craig Thanks for your review. After reviewing you account and our service records I see no Complaints or signs we ever look at you vehicle for the Motor Issue. The reason that I make that statement is you were provided a warranty with the vehicle. Which would have surly covered under warranty a motor within the first week. Our records do show that the Sport Track was the second vehicle you all purchased from us. Then from there looks like you all purchase 2 more vehicles since the sport track. Also referring you son in for one as well. So We are a little confused to the manor of your review considering the way our relationship was left. To the comments of taking advantage of folks with bad credit. I'm sure you were rewarded with better APR upon each purchase regardless of your credit standing. We continued to offer better terms. But you are correct that we do work with folks that have bad credit or credit bruises. Thanks for your review we will use it to strive to do better. Thanks Again T.J.

Don't buy anything from them all the Vehicles wouldn't be sold at any reputable dealer. Go to Carmax or a Dealership They take advantage of folks with bad credit and sell them junk Vehicles. I had one Ford Explorer Sports Track that a week after purchase the engine blew.

I would really like a way to leave a negative star on these things. WORD TO THE WISE....BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!! Please pull a Carfax and check the vehicle history, to make sure that they are safe and legal to title in Virginia. Car dealerships are a dime a dozen and more and more are starting to work with people that have no or bad credit. Be careful.
